nexistxt appoints a Grievance Officer under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and section 13 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2Timelines
- Acknowledgement within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.
- Resolution within 15 days, as the IT Rules require.
- Requests to remove content that is unlawful on its face are acted on within 36 hours of a valid order.
3If you received an unwanted message
The sender is our customer, not us. We will still act: tell us the sender ID, the number that received it and the approximate time. We add the number to our platform-wide suppression list, pass the complaint to the sender, and suspend the sender where the traffic breaches regulation.
You should also register your preference on the National Customer Preference Register by calling or texting 1909, or through the TRAI DND app.
4What to include
- Your name and the best way to reach you.
- The account, sender ID, message or payment reference concerned.
- What happened, when, and what outcome you are asking for.
5If you are not satisfied
For data protection complaints you may approach the Data Protection Board of India. For telecom complaints you may approach the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or your access provider. For consumer complaints, the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 and the consumer commissions are available.
