A multi-part message counts as more than one — anything over 160 GSM-7 characters, or 70 if it contains a rupee sign or other non-GSM character, is billed per part. The composer shows the part count before you send, so this is not a surprise on the invoice.
DLT-registered A2P. The same rate applies to promotional, transactional, service and OTP traffic — we do not charge more for the categories you need most.

Every message submitted, whatever the delivery outcome — including numbers stopped before transmission, at the same rate.

Messages our platform could not submit. Anything cancelled before submission — refunded to your wallet automatically.

Account setup, API access, SMPP binds, delivery reports or DLT template storage.
On submission to the operator. Our own carriers bill us the moment they accept a message, whatever the handset does afterwards, so a message that was submitted and then undelivered is still billable. This is standard across the industry; anyone claiming to bill only on delivery is absorbing that cost somewhere else in the price.
They are charged at the applicable rate and never sent to an operator. Your delivery report shows the exact count and the reason for every one, so the invoice and the report always agree.
Yes, automatically. A campaign reserves its full cost at launch; anything not yet submitted when you cancel is refunded to your wallet immediately. You do not need to ask.
No. The account is prepaid — you add credit and send. The only minimum is the minimum top-up shown against each band.
No. All prices shown are exclusive of GST, which is added at invoicing.
Your rate follows the band your purchase falls into. Buying a larger block moves you down the curve; the credit does not expire before the validity shown.
